Classic Films from the 90’s You Must See!

Goodfellas (1990) This classic tale of a mobsters life is perfect. When a young fella grows up wanting the gangster lifestyle he works his way up the ranks. He loves the fast life, the money and the luxury yet to his horror becomes addicted to drugs and the everyday tasks of being a gangster. Based on the book “Wiseguy” by Nicholas Pileggi this 90’s classic is one to watch for sure.  Check it out on YouTube for £9.99

Good Will Hunting (1997) Matt Damon stars as Will Hunting a maintenance man who works at MIT. He has a genius level IQ, but decides to keep his day job. He solves a difficult mathematical equation and his talent is discovered.  However, he has a sticky past and has gotten into a bit of trouble yet, the late Robin Williams becomes his therapist helping him reach his true potential.  Watch the full movie on YouTube for £2.49

The Matrix (1999): The amazing Keanu Reeves (Neo) and Laurence Fishburne (Morpheus) star in the epic movie The Matrix. Considered to be the most dangerous man alive,  Neo believes Morpheus can answer his question about the Matrix. Contacted by Trinity played by Carrie-Anne Moss, he is taken to  the underworld meeting Morpheus. Fighting a brutal battle aiming to discover the truth could ultimately cost Neo everything.  You can watch this movie on YouTube for £2.49.

Edward Scissorhands (1990) There is just something beautifully strange about this film, it’s a romantic horror with Gothic themes, but after all that is classic Johnny Depp. His acting is just brilliant even in his bizarre roles. Starring Winona Ryder and Johnny Depp this quirky film captures Depp as a man with actual scissor hands. Combined with feelings, emotions and  creepy music this is a classic movie. Rent it now on Amazon for $3.99 or buy it for $13.99
