  1. The Shawshank Redemption (1994)
Stephen King adaptation of the Shawshank Redemption stars Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman. These two  jailed prisoners develop an interesting  friendship. These two men bond through years of imprisonment and find solace. Both characters do a great job in their roles.

2. To Kill a Mockingbird  (1962) I love this film. I remember studying this book in school and I enjoyed it.  Based on the Harper Lee novel this story shares a time of deep depression in the South. Atticus Finch, a lawyer defends a black man against a rape charge, Atticus is on a journey to protect his children against prejudice. Starring Brock Peters Gergory Peck, Mary Badham. Great classic film.

3. Star Wars (Film Series) If you haven’t watched the original Star Wars, where have you been hiding?  The first entry in George Lucas fantastical space trilogy broke big technological ground. It looks a little rough around the edges now, but back then this was epic stuff.

4. The Godfather (Film Series)  Starring Marlon Brando and Al Pacino, this genre-defining classics is a must see for sure.
